PRIDE Outpatient Therapist

Retention bonus at 6 months - $1500 initial license, or $3000 if independently licensed!
PRIDE Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Help us realize our dream of offering a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA COMMUNITY! This position will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA community in a culturally informed and competent way.

Stipend available for Bilingual candidates English / Spanish!
Qualifications :
- MA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human services field.
- LCSW, LMHCA, LICSW, LMHC license in State of Rhode Island
- Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
- LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
