While we are not currently hiring, we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team as Dealership Accounting coordinators in the future.

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our in-store accounting operations, acting as a key link between Lithia Home Office (LHO), the regional Accounting Processing Center (APC), and store operations.

What You'll Do:

• Handle daily check and credit card deposits
• Reconcile cash sales accounting schedules
• Collaborate with store operations for process improvements
• Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness
• Serve as the second line of audit defense
• Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items
• Ensure revenue recognition and state compliance
• Provide backup support for document scanning
• Assist in maintaining accounting schedules
• Meet performance standards for accuracy and efficiency
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• High school diploma preferred
• 1 years of dealership or car deal processing experience preferred
