- Working with clients to understand goals, concerns, and current financial information.

Compensation & Benefits:
- The Guardian FR contract includes a draw starting at $24,000; inexperienced FRs earn $90K to $100K per year on average, including first year and renewal commissions; renewal commissions begin in year two.
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- A four-year college degree.
- Obtain appropriate licensing company-sponsored.
