Job Description
The new business coordinator is a critical part of the Biond Financial team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. The new business coordinator is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive onboarding experience that exceeds their expectations. Responsibilities
- Responsible for guiding clients through our processes with applications and other financial transactions.
- Correspond with clients via phone, email and in person to collect and analyze insurance information that facilitates the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support
- Primary liaison between clients and carriers throughout life insurance underwriting, focuses on seamless progression and quick turnaround times with open communication.
- Document and communicate policy approvals or rejections to the underwriting team, insurance agents, supervisors, and clients in a timely manner
- Maintain client paper files and electronic data files in a timely manner
- Administrative duties of the office, including but not limited to Filing, file prep, coordinating and scheduling appointments, etc.
- Manage relationship with 3rd party vendors.
- Attend and participate in learning opportunities / training made available through management and / or compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned
