Dental Assistant / Surgical (EFDA or RDA)

We work 5 days, Wednesday and Friday's are 1/2 days. 30-35 hour work week. We do provide paid holidays and love to treat our staff with additional benefits such as incentive pay and spa days. After probationary periods, we do also provide 3 paid sick days.

Duties include:

- Perform the professional duties of a Registered Dental Assistant (EFDA).

- Assist in periodontal and dental implant surgeries

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take dental x-rays and CT scans

- Educate patients on proper post operative care

- Remove sutures as indicated on post operative cases

- Experience with electronic health record systems (DSN).

- Document patient treatment records accurately using DSN.

- Prepare written electronic correspondence for our patient's referring GP.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self- motivated

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

- Work in a team oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
