Our organization is currently seeking a Bilingual DUI Registration Clerk. A DUI Registration Clerk plays a critical role in the registration process for individuals charged with driving under the influence (DUI) offenses. A background and drug test are required, having a DUI does not disqualify you from applying for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Verify Information
· Verify relevant information related to DUI cases, including driver’s license details, court dates and charges.
· Confirm the accuracy of personal information provided by the client.
2. Process DUI Registrations
· Assist individuals charged with DUI offenses during the registration process.
· Collect payment, make photocopies, and set up registration folders.
· Organize and maintain accurate records.
· Prepare reports as needed.
· Input data into the appropriate databases and case management systems.
3. Provide Assistance
· Answer the phones.
· Answer inquiries from clients.
· Assist with any administrative tasks related to registration.
4. Maintain Confidentiality
· Safeguard sensitive information.
· Adhere to privacy regulations and protocols.
Qualifications:
· Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
· Skills and Abilities:

· Experience:
o At least three years in an office environment
