The success of H&S Bakery depends on reliable IT systems that enable each department to operate efficiently. We’re seeking an experienced Systems Administrator who’s eager to expand their technological skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will be responsible for protecting critical systems and assets, developing and deploying solutions, implementing new software and hardware, providing training, and assist in developing the overall IT strategy. From the start, the Systems Administrator will take on challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and drive results. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying skills and expertise to maintain and improve systems, daily while leveraging their skills to enhance operational efficiency.
Objectives of this Role
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantages in the marketplace
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
