Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while managing inventory and assisting with various automotive needs. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
• Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in automotive diagnostics to help customers understand their vehicle needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms with customers when necessary to facilitate sales and service agreements.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive products and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in inventory control and retail sales preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales interactions.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.96 per hour
