Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests via email/phone regarding service, invoicing and scheduling
- Scheduling technicians in advance as well as changes to schedule; confirming appointments with customers
- Manage warranty claims with both manufacturer and customer
- Handle customer service related matters while noting highlights in customer accounts
- Support specialized account management
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust as needed
- Position may require you to work on call, dispatching technicians for emergency troubleshoots
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree equivalent or higher required
- Advanced Organizational skills required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage many projects and tasks in a high pace environment
Further Details
- This is a full-time position, meaning you will be expected to work 40 hours per week.
- Normal working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, with some flexibility based on weekly needs
- This position is also eligible for benefits, including health insurance and 401(k)
