Landscape Turf Applicator
Growing Landscape/Snow Removal Company in the NJ Market is seeking a Landscape Specialist/Turf Care Applicator. Primary responsibilities will be to manage and oversee turf and vegetative applications on a mix of Commercial, Industrial and Government sites across NJ. This position also requires the applicant to possess the ability to help upsell, build out and grow our turf application division. At various times of the year the applicant will also be required to support other Landscape and Snow Removal operations in the company.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Must have valid NJ Drivers License and DOT card or be able to obtain prior to starting work
- Must be able to pass Background Check
- Must currently hold a Valid NJ DEP Applicator’s license with 2 years experience, (Please include copy when submitting application)
- Have Knowledge of Products to be used and in manner to use them
- Must know and follow local/state/government requirements for permitting/licensing, as well as obtaining permits if/when required
- Ensure all operations are carried out on budget, cost-effective way
- Improve turf operational processes and best practices
- Work with Account Management team to identify opportunities, estimate and propose opportunities outside of scope
- Proven work experience as a Turf Operator Supervisor/Manager
- Understand and Abide by all Laws and Regulations
- Knowledge of Products Available for applications required
- Experience with Planning/Scheduling with on-site crews and Clients
- Familiarity with procurement of supplies, PPE and equipment needed
- Excellent communication, organizational and record keeping skills, be able to file and report to state as required
- Leadership ability, must be able to teach and train others
- Ability to use Microsoft office, word and excel
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Smart device for app usage
Salary : $25 - $40
