Requirements
- Graduate Degree: From an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Licensure: Current Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification: Board Certification in the area specific to the position being filled
- Additional Requirements:
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement
Prior experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred, with at least two years of clinical experience.
Salary : $54 - $84
