Details Of The Position
- Role: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, 1099)
- A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.
- Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
- Laptop and equipment provided
- Compensation:
- $90 per completed visit
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 35 miles traveled daily
- Locations: New Hampshire (Members reside throughout NH; especially in Rockingham, Hillsborough, Cheshire, Merrimack, Strafford, Carroll, and Grafton Counties)
