Are you a motivated and experienced Radiology Physician looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill a critical need in our New Jersey office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing locum tenens coverage in breast imaging, specifically in screening mammograms and diagnostic studies.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing and interpreting outpatient breast imaging studies, with a focus on screening mammograms. For fellowship-trained breast imagers, additional responsibilities may include reading screening MRIs and seeing diagnostic patients. General radiologists will focus on screening studies at designated outpatient facilities.
- 5 days per week, totaling 40 hours.
- No on-call responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a completed fellowship in breast imaging (preferred) or substantial experience in breast imaging.
- Current and active CDS and DEA.
- Valid New Jersey medical license.
- Ability to obtain necessary privileges for practice in the region.
