- Competitive Salary: Up to $165,000 annually, depending on experience.

- Experience in primary care, post-acute care, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region.
Salary : $1,500 - $165,000
