We are currently seeking a full time, BC/BE Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a 10 provider group in northern NJ.

- Base salary range 120k-150k, depending on experience level
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Partnership track available
- This position would be based primarily out of North Bergen with some coverage at our Perth Amboy location optional, though not mandatory.
- Hospital rounds only on newborns approx. every 6 weeks. No delivery attendance or C-sections.
- 5-day work week with every other Saturday. One weekday off during Saturday work week.
- Spanish speaking candidates preferred, due to a large Hispanic population
- 2025 providers are welcome to apply with 0-1 year of experience considered. 2 years’ experience a plus.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
