Job Description
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing primary care services to patients in a fast-paced outpatient environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough health assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, current certification from a recognized certifying body, and licensure in good standing. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an FNP in an outpatient setting.
Benefits
This position offers a highly competitive salary range of $124,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience.
