We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Lead General Dentist to join our team. As the Lead General Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality restorative and diagnostic dental care while leading our team to ensure that every patient has a positive experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment, where you will have the autonomy to shape your practice while providing leadership to the dental team. We offer a competitive compensation structure that reflects your experience and commitment to patient care.
Schedule: Full-time, 4-5 days per week, with regular business hours. Ability to add days/hours at your discretion. Work-life balance with flexibility.
Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive compensation package paid monthly. Earn the greater of a monthly base salary or 30-33% commission on total collections. Full benefits package
Requirements:
- Active Colorado Dental License
- DDS or DMD degree
- BLS certification
- 3-5 years of hands-on clinical experience in restorative and diagnostic dentistry
- Invisalign certification required
- Experience with dental practice management software
