Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time licensed psychologist to conduct compensation and pension exams for veterans in our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for veterans, including clinical interviews and psychological testing.
- Review medical records and interview veterans to assess mental health conditions and related impairments.
- Complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) and Independent Medical Records as instructed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans for veterans.
Qualifications
- A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree from an accredited university.
- An active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of issue.
- Experience conducting veteran compensation and pension exams is preferred.
- Excellent clinical and assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
