We areseeking a Locums Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician to join our team in Petoskey,MI. This is a 100% hospital-based position, dedicated to providing essentialcardiothoracic surgical care to our patients. The role requires day shifts with weekend coverage, specifically 48-hourshifts from Saturday through Sunday. The Electronic Medical Records (EMR)system used is Cerner. The number of patients per day is variable, with anaverage of 10 surgeries per month for a full-time provider. The LocumsCardiothoracic Surgery Physician will provide high-quality care in a hospitalsetting. Responsibilities include preoperative, operative, and postoperativecare of cardiothoracic patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and patientsatisfaction.
Requirements :
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Must have a Michigan state medical license (IMLC is not accepted)
- COVID-19 Vaccination is required
