Northeast High School: Assistant Cross Country Coach
Lincoln Northeast High School is looking for a highly motivated, positive leader, who is strong in instruction and technique training. Responsible for providing a safe practice and competitive environment. Will be expected to properly plan and supervise both practice and cross country meet situations. Must know, implement, and enforce national, state, and local athletic policies. May be asked to asssist with the track staff with specific clinic and season responsibilities that include all levels.
Lincoln Northeast has a long tradition of academic and athletic excellence. Belief in the value of educational-based athletics is critical as is an emphasis on the importance of the student-athlete.
Needed for this positon: Certified Teaching Certificate or a Coaching Certificate approved by the Nebraska Department of Education (This is expected upon hire). Other certifications: CPR & NFHS Courses in Concussion Awareness, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness (These certifications can be completed after being hired)
