Pressure Washing Technician/Lead Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, hungry, and skilled Pressure Washing Technician/Lead Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for local fleets, residential, and commercial properties. We operate all year long! This role is ideal for someone that would like to own their own business, but may not have access to all the resources or an individual looking to supplement their income and/or make a transition. This role offers unlimited earning potential with an attractive commission and bonus structure and provides flexibility with working hours. Working on the weekends is a MUST as we service fleets throughout the year.

Duties

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including fleets, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors.
• Assess the condition of surfaces prior to cleaning and determine appropriate cleaning methods.
• Prepare surfaces for washing by removing debris and obstacles.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services provided and any additional recommendations for maintenance.

Skills

• Must have a Valid Drivers License and experience driving a truck with trailer
• Proficiency in operating pressure washing equipment and/or similar tools.
• Dependable – Punctuality is a must, with no tolerance for no-call, no-show incidents
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail with task at hand and focus on safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• Agility to navigate different types of terrain and access hard-to-reach areas.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 20 per week
