What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Outpatient Program Manager position at Northeast Kingdom Human Services?
The Adult Outpatient Program Manager provides a point of contact and works in partnership with CCBHC staff and partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and oversee the implementation of clinical services. As the Adult Outpatient Program Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated team of counselors, case managers, care coordinators, and peer support specialists in providing advocacy, referrals, education, and care management services to clients and community members. RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
Organize care activities among different services and providers, and across various facilities
Provide clinical supervision to counselors and case managers
Participate actively in Quality & Utilization Management functions, including aspects of care, peer review, client satisfaction, utilization review, standards of care, record review & outcome indicators
Manage a small caseload of clients
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field of mental health
Licensure (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC or equivalent) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, including experience providing clinical supervision and training
