DS Residential Program Manager
The Residential Program Manager will provide oversight and insure ongoing quality assurance of assigned unlicensed homes around Caledonia County.

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Team Leaders of unlicensed homes.
Support and assist Team Leaders with screening and hiring perspective staff.
Collaborate with Team Leaders to manage assigned program budgets and individual consumer allocations.
Provide oversight of necessary paperwork.
Provide professional guidance to staff to insure quality of service delivery.
Train assigned Team Leaders in the performance of their duties.
Assist in program development.
Manage ongoing crisis within the areas of assigned responsibility.
Fill in for assigned Team Leaders as needed or requested.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, or QDDP certification (if candidate does not have QDDP certification, it must be obtained within first 6 months of employment).
Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Experience in adult residential care strongly preferred.
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
