Visit us at NKHS.org  Check out Life in the NEK of Vermont   RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clinical and administrative supervision to evening shift staff in The Front Porch, Mobile Crisis, and 988 programs. Offer real-time case consultation and decision-making support for mobile crisis and 988 staff. Develop and oversee evening schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage. Step into direct service roles during high-demand periods or staff shortages. Lead efforts to identify training needs for evening staff. Provide on-site presence at The Front Porch to support crisis interventions.     QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure as LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent, or willingness to work toward licensure. Minimum of 4 years of experience in mental health or emergency services at a professional level. Supervisory experience preferred.     SALARY & BENEFITS Competitive Salary $48,360 - $75,000.00 per year Tuition & continuing education reimbursements and loan repayment program.
