Essential Duties and Functions
Become certified as a PEARLS coach and provide PEARLS 1:1 with SASH participants in person or virtually.
When eligible, become trained as a trainer for a mental health program such as a PEARLS, Mental Health First Aid, etc. Provide staff training.
Develop group programs and offer to residents at non-EMHC program sites directly in-person, virtually or via presentation sharing with SASH staff.
Serve as a resource for SASH teams without a SASH Emotional Wellness Clinician (SEWC). Attend SASH team meetings as requested by each panel in their region.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or closely related field and two years working in mental health services in a community health setting.
Experience running group programs preferred.
Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle
Willingness to travel to regional SASH sites.
