We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Apartment maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair .
Duties
- Painting/ Drywall repairs
- Apartment turn overs
- Conduct repairs, including change door locks, change lighgt bulbs, minor electric and plumbing, pathch and repair holes
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting the needs of internal clients.
- Must have own small hand tools
