Must have a clean and valid drivers license with 2 years prior work history in apartment maintenance.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our apartment maintenance team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting, and repairs.
Duties
- Perform regular maintenance as needed in aparment units and common areas such as painting, drywall repair, change light bulbs, grounds maintenance. Must have background with minor plumbing and electric.
- Apartment turn overs
- Respond to work orders
- Building inspection
Must have own hand tools, use of company service truck during work hours, ability to work independently.
