Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement age-appropriate activities and promote children's development.
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and positive classroom environment.
- Observe and respond to the needs of individual children, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform personal care tasks, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with child safety measures, including vehicle restraint systems and physical interactions.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in childcare preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly monitor children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Possess good visual acuity and mobility to move around the classroom.
- Regularly engage in walking, standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, based on experience and location.
