Early Childhood Support Staff Needed
NORTHEAST MICHIGAN COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCY, Inc. seeks a compassionate and skilled Early Childhood Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational programs.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through engaging activities.
- Provide assistance with daily routines and personal care tasks.
- Help manage the classroom to ensure a safe and organized space.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of program plans.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of experience in early childhood education preferred.
Work Environment:
- Regularly interact with children, teachers, and other staff members.
- Frequently walk, stand, sit, use hands, and bend.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
The salary range for this position is $35,000-$45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
