Early Childhood Support Staff Position Available
NORTHEAST MICHIGAN COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCY, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Childhood Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the growth and development of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers to create a nurturing environment that promotes children's overall well-being.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through engaging activities and interactive play.
- Assist with daily routines, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with children, teachers, and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in early childhood education are preferred.
Work Environment:
- Regularly interact with children, teachers, and other staff members.
- Frequently walk, stand, sit, use hands, and bend.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
The salary range for this position is $35,000-$45,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
