Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about our products and services in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process orders, coordinate equipment deliveries and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalate complex inquiries as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and maintenance to ensure their satisfaction and safety.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and DME products is a plus.
