NE Montana Health Services has an opening to join our organization with over 300 staff members serving two communities. We are searching for a new Director of Food & Nutrition Services to join this hometown establishment that cares about making a difference in our rural community by providing quality care with exceptional service.
Requirements: One of the following- Certified Dietary Manager; or Certified Food Service Manager; or has similar national certification for food service management and safety from a national certifying body; or has an associate’s or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality, if the course study includes food service or restaurant management, from an accredited institution of higher learning. The Director of Food and Nutrition Services is responsible for developing and maintaining dietary objectives and standards for the facility. Assists in establishing Policies and Procedures for Dietary Department. Oversees all personnel and activity within the department. Must be able to work with all departments of the Hospitals and/or Nursing Home as needed.
This position offers competitive pay and full-time benefits. Dental and optical insurance are also available. NEMHS offers a flexible paid time-off plan which includes personal and sick time. Personal time off accrues at the rate of .0846 per hour worked, which equals 176 hours of personal time per year for full-time employees. Sick time accrues at the rate of .03846 per hour worked, which equals 80 hours per year.
