Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, communications, or equivalent OR equivalent work experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with creating documentation, training materials, requirements and testing plans; process analysis and project management; working with an integrated administrative computer system.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) and Student Information System ( SIS ) applications, preferably Banner.
