What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Representative position at Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance PLLC?
Mobility Bone & Joint Institute, a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance, seeks to hire Patient Services Representatives for our practice. This position will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to welcome patients into our practice, clarifying their healthcare needs, and register them completely in our EMR Athena so their appointments are efficient. Check in patients for their appointments, collect copays/balances, referral management, and other duties as assigned. Experience using the Athena system and being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) are a plus.
We are a growing independent practice with over 20 providers specializing in orthopedics, spine, rheumatology, interventional pain management and podiatry. Office locations are in Andover and Haverhill, MA, and Salem, NH. Must be willing to travel to all locations as needed.

Experience:
- Patient Registration: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: Multiple locations, primary location is 323 Lowell St, Andover, MA 01810.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
