Responsibilities

- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and health coaching.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes client engagement and satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with health coaching principles and sports medicine practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Certification from a recognized personal training organization is required.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals is essential.
