Condition Reporter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Vehicle Condition Reporter to inspect, document, and report on the condition of vehicles. This role involves evaluating a vehicle’s exterior, interior, engine, brakes, and tires, identifying any damages or deficiencies, and assigning a condition rating. The ideal candidate will use the latest technology to capture photos and provide transparent reports to support buyers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle exteriors, interiors, engines, brakes, and tires.
• Identify and document any visible damages, wear and tear, or mechanical deficiencies.
• Assign a condition rating based on established guidelines.
• Report on any necessary repairs or maintenance required.
• Take high-quality photos using advanced imaging technology for transparency and accuracy.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and uploaded into the system promptly.
• Work closely with sales teams, mechanics, and auction professionals to provide accurate vehicle reports.

• Prior experience in vehicle inspection, automotive appraisal, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle conditions accurately.
• Familiarity with vehicle components and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Comfortable using digital tools, mobile applications, and imaging technology.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Experience in automotive sales, service, or auction environments.
• Certification in vehicle appraisal or inspection is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital inspection tools and software.
