Client Support Specialist

Northeast Planning Associates, a financial planning firm located in Newburyport, MA is seeking a quality, energetic individual for the position of Client Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing practice. The desired Individual must be a fun-loving people person and self-directed team player with a passion for client service and prior experience working in a professional environment.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk client servicing needs
• Field calls, organize daily calendar, coordinate on/offsite meetings
• Provide general office support
• Assist on research & projects as assigned
• Maintain contact records/database
• Work with the Financial Advisor to support efforts to reach firm targets and deliver on strategic goals.

Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Strong knowledge of computers and proficiency in relevant software applications including CRM databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
