- Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for mold jobs.
- Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
- Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager
- Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
- Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
- Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
- Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
- Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems
- Basic Math knowledge
- 3 years of sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
