As we continue to grow, we seek a Precast Structural Engineer to play a pivotal role in building and leading our design engineering department. If you have extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly with precast concrete, and are ready to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

Our Ideal Precast Structural Engineer :

  • Experience & Education : A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a Professional Engineer license are required; a Structural Engineer license or a Master's degree – is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise : A minimum of 7 years of experience in structural design, with a strong focus on precast concrete. In-depth knowledge of industry standards (PCI, ACI, ASTM) and relevant building codes. Experience managing small and large-scale precast projects (walls, beams, panels) from concept to final design.
  • Leadership Experience : Previous experience managing or building a design engineering team is preferred.
  • Software Proficiency : Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as RISA, SAP2000, Eriksson, LECWall, and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Strong Communicator

    • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for a people-facing role, including explaining complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented

    • Highly meticulous with a focus on quality and accuracy in all designs.

  • Team Player

    • Works well in a collaborative environment, supporting team goals and mentoring junior staff.

  • Problem Solver

    • Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges with innovative solutions.

  • Adaptable & Resourceful : Capable of managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and schedules, staying flexible to meet the evolving demands of the business and projects.
  • Organized & Efficient : Able to manage complex engineering tasks while keeping track of deadlines, project details, and cross-team coordination. Ensures smooth project execution from design through delivery.
