The applicant must be knowledgeable of Special Education Law, writing IEP’s, functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans, adapting curriculum, and be able to work as part of a student-centered team. The successful applicant should possess knowledge and experience of research-based practices for the provision of Special Education services. The candidate must hold or be eligible to receive certification to teach in Vermont as a Special Educator.
The applicant must have earned a bachelor’s degree and hold a VT license in special education or be willing to work toward certification. The position begins on August 20, 2025.
