Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned administrative professional to ensure effective day-to-day oversight of our brokerage deals and transaction management. You'll be providing proactive and professional general office administrative support to the Sales & Operations teams, utilizing our CRM, and brokerage specific systems. You will be actively engaged by providing daily brokerage support, coordination and coverage. You will use your expertise to take a proactive approach to any project assigned.


Responsibilities:

·      Organize transaction documents, including confidentiality, agreements, contracts, listings, and closing documents, keeping all files up to date.


·      Provide business development support, research, organize and manage CRM and Marketing platforms. Be responsible for processing all deal-related information submitted by the brokers using our Deal Tracking System.


·      Manage all deal related client databases, key dates, market updates, respond to requests as appropriate.


·      Provide transaction management support, including preparing and executing agreements.


·      Projects and duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·      2 years of progressive administrative or operations/office services experience in a similar role.

·      Strong interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent organizational skills.

·      Demonstrated experience with project management.

·      Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).

·      Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

·      Demonstrated experience taking initiative and exercising good judgment and attention to detail.

·      Client service oriented (both internal and external)
