Job Duties include:
- Greeting everyone who comes into the office
- Answer phone calls and redirect them or log messages
- Check voicemails
- Assist with scheduling unit viewings
- Respond to apartment ad inquiries
- Receive mail and packages and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies
- Maintain the list of keys for all properties, as well as the key log
- File documents at the appropriate folders
- Schedule and close out work orders
- Assist property managers with their duties
- Take up other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Capable of effectively managing a high volume of calls and addressing customer complaints
- Fast and Pro-active employee
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management
- Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Crisis management skills
- Capable of working in a fast pace environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
