ICU Tech - Part Time

The ICU Technician performs a variety of clerical, technical and patient care duties in the Intensive Care Unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Works cooperatively with staff and other departments in maintaining the highest quality patient care. The ICU Technician primarily works as a telemetry technician monitoring and analyzing heart rhythms electronically throughout the hospital. High school graduate or equivalent. Knowledgeable in medical terminology, particularly in the cardiac and telemetry specialty areas. Previous work experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred. Basic computer knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Windows application required. We are looking for a dedicated individual passionate about providing great and safe patient care. We are willing to teach the clinical skills needed for this position to the right candidate.
