No weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our Clinical Leader.
The hourly rate starts at $41 and increases with each year of experience, plus a $5 differential.
Our Clinical Leader oversees Night Supervision from 11pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring adherence to nursing practice standards, education, and infection control guidelines established by the Chief Clinical Officer for NRHN.
- Performing duties as a Clinical Leader.
Reporting Structure
The Clinical Leader reports directly to the Nurse Manager, with accountability for nursing standards, practice, education, and infection control.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold a valid RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
- Preferably hold a BSN degree.
- Be trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
- Have three or more years of rehabilitation clinical experience and at least three years of supervisory/management experience (preferred).
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel.
- Exhibit strong team leadership and project management skills.
- Display high organizational skills, self-starting initiative, and a strong belief in the change process.
