Per diem rates: $45-$55/hr with potential for $10 shift differential after minimum requirement
Flexible /customizable schedule
Individual treatment with documentation time allowance
Qualified applicants must:
- Meet the qualifications of a licensed OT
- Have graduated from an accredited college or university
