Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities…
- The Pharmacy Technician, under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy and Staff-Clinical Pharmacist, is responsible for assuring that the drug therapy needs of the patients are met.
- The technician assists the pharmacist in preparing and delivering medications to patient care units.
- The Technician performs purchasing and inventory control functions and record keeping for the department, as well as special projects assigned.
- The Technician must be able to work closely with the Staff-Clinical Pharmacist in a very organized manner to maintain daily workflow.
To qualify you must have…
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy operations preferred.
- NH Board of pharmacy registration or eligible required.
