Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network. This role involves overseeing night supervision, ensuring compliance with nursing practice standards, and performing the duties of the Clinical Leader.

- Ensuring adherence to nursing practice standards, education, and infection control guidelines.
- Overseeing night supervision from 11pm to 7:30am.
- Performing duties as a Clinical Leader.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a valid RN license in New Hampshire, preferably a BSN degree, and be certified in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR. Additionally, they should have three or more years of rehabilitation clinical experience and at least three years of supervisory/management experience (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
