Role Description
This is a full-time with benefits on-site Production Manager role located in Waterbury, CT at Northeast Scientific. The Production Manager, a new role within the company, will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing environment related to high-end medical device reprocessing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing.
Qualifications
- A combination of Education / Certification / Experience in all facets of production management, maintaining quality control and regulatory compliance and overseeing all Production Employees.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of medical device reprocessing procedures or similar (ISO13485)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
