We are looking for a self-driven, goal-oriented Systems Technology Consultant (STC) to drive company sales by adding new and maintaining existing relationships with clients and partners. To be successful as an STC you should demonstrate innovative ways to ensure excellent customer service. Ultimately, an STC should be able to develop creative and resourceful methods of ensuring additional revenue and monthly services.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations – Conduct on-site sales presentations, showcasing Northeast Security Solutions products and monitoring services.
- Customer Needs Assessment – Identify customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions.
- Closing Sales – Address customer questions, handle objections, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Post-Installation Support – Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up support.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Actively seek out new customers to grow the business.
- Relationship Building – Foster strong connections with customers for referrals and future business.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in field prospecting, presenting, and closing sales. Consistently achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
- Communication & Relationship Building – Strong ability to connect with new customers and establish trust.
- Negotiation Skills – Ability to confidently present and close deals.
- Time Management & Self- Motivation – Driven to succeed with excellent organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy – Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
