Security Officers and Supervisors -FT and PT Vehicle and Foot Patrol
Northeast security is seeking Vehicle and foot patrol officers and supervisor for some of our outlet shopping plazas in Somerville, MA and Boston surrounding areas.
Pay Rate :
Positions range form $21.30 - $24.00
Schedule :
FT Mon-Fri 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm
FT Mon-Fri 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm
PT Sat and Sun 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm
PT Fri-Sat 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am
PT Mon-Tue 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm
- Must have three years of valid Driver's License with a clean driving history

Security Officer and Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Must keep a professional appearance.Must remain on post at all times.Monitoring security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactoryProvide general admin support and respond to inquiries and anticipate customers needs.Ensure that all security concierge personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.Basic computer knowledgeMaintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers / vendors.Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends / holidays as determined and scheduled annually.

Customer Service Experience required.Receptionist or guest service experience required.two to three years of Previous security Concierge and reception experience, or related field / education.Neat and professional appearanceDependable means of transportationAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)High School Diploma / GED EquivalentCandidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.Must be at least 18 years of age.Northeast Security, Inc. was founded in 1967 and has grown to become one of the largest and most highly regarded security services firms in New England.
